It is true that the cell phone is necessaries everywhere to be sure.   In other ways, however, it has had negative effects while driving.   When it comes to my opinion, I subscribe to statement that using cell phones while driving should be illegal.  There are two reasons that should be illegal; one reason is very dangerous to driver and the others are inducing to traffic jam. First, there’s no doubt about using cell phone is risky while driving.  For example, using cell phone make driver to lose control then it causes a car accident.   Because the accident gives damage to other driver, it should be restrict to use cell phone while driving. Second, using cell phone causes traffic jam.   For instance, driver break up concentration and it would make them less attentive.   Because driver drive slowly or fast by irregularly, it obstruct to other driver in traffic. That will be cause traffic congestion.             As state above, using cell phones while driving makes dangerous to people and cause traffic jam. Therefore, it should be illegal. Although it is sure that using cell phone makes convenient to people, excessive by means of of cell phones cause using wile driving and many unsafe factors in the road.   Consequently, it should be illegal that using cell phones while driving is illegal.
